How to make coffee jelly?
A coffee jelly with an irresistible bittersweet balance of bittersweet adult coffee and slightly sweet fresh cream. It’s very easy to make. We will introduce a simple recipe that mixes granulated sugar and softened gelatin with your favorite freshly brewed coffee and pours cream on top.

Ingredients
350ml strong coffee
20g granulated sugar
6g gelatin (1.5g sheet gelatin x 4 sheets)
Water (for gelatin) Appropriate amount
100ml fresh cream
20-30g condensed milk
Vanilla ice cream
Fresh mint
Tips:
Dark roast is recommended for making coffee jelly
If you want a vegan version, you can replace the gelatin with vegan alternatives such as Vegegel or agar-agar
How to make coffee jelly
Pre-soak the gelatin (or alternative) with an appropriate amount of water
Brew strong coffee
Add sugar and gelatin to hot coffee (about 60℃) and mix well
Once the sugar and gelatin have completely dissolved, gently pour the mixture into a bowl
Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden
Make the cream. Add the condensed milk to the heavy cream and mix well
Remove the jelly from the refrigerator and gently spread the cream on top
Top off with ice cream or mint if you want to make it more creamy and sweet
The coffee jelly is ready!
