Damaris Camposeco inherited her coffee farm 3 years ago. Since then, she has been managing the 2 hectares of Caturra, Bourbon and Pache. Damaris has fermented her coffee for a longer period of time in order to give the cup lots of tropical fruit notes. Damaris’ farm is certified Organic and among the coffee, she grows a diverse range of food crops. With small adjustments you can find really exceptional flavours in this coffee.
