Our Organic coffee comes from a coalition of six co-operatives called Beneficio Santa Rosa that was founded in 2004. The clay soil and high growing altitude create the intensive flavour of the coffee bean.
We tasted notes of nougat and nuts among others in this coffee. A pleasant and structured coffee.
