As you all may have noticed we love the Sigri beans, especially the AA and we have been experimenting with different roast profiles to see what Holmen-magic we can do with them! And yo did we come up with surprises! In our Holmen High, the roast is lighter and the taste resembles tea with notes of apricots but roasted really dark and for espresso, this coffee transforms into the bakery aunt-Helmi, warm, sweet and cuddly! Even for speciality coffee drinkers who use milk, this will be something totally new. Papua New Guinea meets Finnish “Pulla”! No better name for this than Holmen-Helmi. ♥
