Greetings from the best roastery in Finland in 2020! Sysimusta is the darkest of our dark special versions: it is so dark, that roasters would not even like to roast it so dark. When oils are squeezed out from the beans, it is the right moment to take this charcoal -look-alike out from the roaster to the cooling tray.
