We have been working with a group of caficultores La Real Expedición Botánica (LaREB for short) since last year. This coffee comes from the farm La Quinta owned by Campo Elías Flechas. The agronomist and the man behind the farm is Andrés Ujueta who is also Head Of Quality at LaREB. He is also responsible for pushing the quality of the coffee at La Quinta. This lot is entirely of Castillo variety and is washed processed and dried on raised beds. High fudge like sweetness and fresh apple acidity balanced out with notes of sweet almonds.
