This excellent decaf coffee from Honduran smallholders. Caffeine has been removed from beans with Swiss water -process, which preserves nicely the characters and flavors of the coffee.

Kahiwa roasts coffees always with special preciseness aiming at bringing out the unique character of coffee. Quality can not be added to beans during roasting, but it can be lost by sloppiness.
