This coffee is certified organically grown, and processed by the traditional washed method, in which skin and fruit flesh are removed from the beans. After washing, the coffee is dried on raised beds for up to around 10 days, depending on the weather. Quiet, elegant Peru, with nuts, chocolate and ripe fruit notes rounded and deepened by a very tactful, backgrounded medium-dark roast. Roasted with love and care in Kustavi.
