Coffee was matured in Jim Beam Bourbon whisky barrels before roasting which gives nice whisky flavour for coffee. Coffee used here is Peruvian single farm coffee we sell as Colíbri. Coffee is medium roasted so the roasting level doesn’t overpower the whisky flavours.
