Aura Eliza Nupan carefully cultivates high-quality coffees on their La Estrella farm. This coffee comes from the La Ramada lot of the farm, where Aura has planted 4700 plants of the valued Geisha variety. Every plant has a 3,6m2 growth area. The ripe berries are picked by hand and due to the humid weather, the coffee is dried in parabolic dryers for two months.
