This natural processed coffee creates the perfect base for medium roasting, which fully brings out the coffee’s soft and nutty flavours. Roasting our coffee using the 25- kilo Probat is always a pleasure! As we tasted the coffee, we were able to distinguish an interesting hint of Disaranno Amaretto as the coffee cooled down.
