For more than 100 years the Rizzo Family has been producing specialty coffee. They have been putting a lot of effort on coffee quality and eco-friendly processes in their production.
At the farm they select the ripest cherries and process them recycling the water during the depulpig process. As a result they use only 20% of water in their processing compared to standard methods.
