This coffee from Rutsiro District is processed at Bugoyi washing station which is owned by Emmanuel and Christine Rusatira. Emmanuel comes from a family of coffee farmers and in recent years he has been acquiring washing stations from different regions in Rwanda. As a person with solid experience in coffee, he has been testing different techniques in processing. In Muka Kivu, you can taste citrus fruits, honey and milk chocolate.
