Guatemala San Florencio
Inka Paahtimo
Roaster: Pamela Aranciaga Mauricio
When Olga inherited Finca San Florencio from her father Egidio in 1981, she converted the farm from sugar cane to coffee. Olga grows coffee under the shade of the chalun tree at her farm, paying careful attention to the biodiversity of Aldea Las Barrancas. She also places a special focus on social well-being, not only hiring her neighbours to work on the farm but also providing agricultural training workshops. FOB price 2.53 USD/lbs.
